Being Scolded

No... I did not had my ears chopped off. Both of my ears are fine, I just hid it backward. This is how I would look when I'm being scolded.

When I do something wrong, they would scold me to teach me a lesson. It's fine by me. This look I have here is when I know they are really mad at me. I get scared and this is how I'll look. I can distinguish the level of how mad they are. Usually, I'd look like this if Mommy scolds me. I'm scared of her the most.

I will push my ears back and will avoid eye contact if I'm scared. Can I tell you a secret? The reason why I hide my ears is that I'm trying to mute their loud voice. When they are mad, they're voices becomes louder and this helps turn down the volume.

It takes a while for them to let out their anger... If they still won't calm down, then it's time for me to bring out my last trick...

I pretend to be sleepy. When they're all serious scolded me, I try to act as if I'm getting sleepy. Do not try this at home if you're an amateur. Pretending to be sleepy makes them think you got bored with what they are saying and they will scold you more. I am an expert with acting sleepy so this usually works for me. They'd  stop scolding me and laugh.

Before and After

Look how times flies by so fast. Do I still look like the tiny puppy in the "before" picture?

The "Before" picture was taken when I was about a month and a half old. Beside me is my very first toy, "Hippo".

Three and a half years later, I have grown up to be a cute dog. If you noticed, I wasn't the only one who grew  up in the picture, Hippo also grew up.
