This Is Why I'm PHAT.

Why am I under the couch hiding? Well... Over the past few months, I have grown heavy. I really do not know what's the culprit behind my weight gain. I hate my dog food. Have you every tried eating the same food every single meal every day for the rest of your life? I don't think so.  I'm just forcing myself to eat the same food during every meal. The taste makes me sick, but, I have no choice if I'm hungry.

There are those days when I would not touch my food. Kimberly or Jennifer, the two who usually feeds me, used to mix in other tasty food with my normal dog food. They tried mixing it with canned food, or mix in some gravy. The first few times of eating this is good. I'd chow down everything in my plate within seconds. But, when they keep serving the same "recipe", it could be boring. I'd stop eating again and they'd have to think of something new to serve me. Sometimes they'd mix in some dog treats since they know I love my treats. I'd always eat this dog food and treats recipe. Then, my family start to notice that I'm becoming heavier when they carry me. They complain how heavy I am when they carry me outside. If I don't eat, they'd get mad, if I do eat, they'd complain. What do they really want me to do?

Darlene then came to a conclusion that the dog treats might be causing me to be fat. So, they cut down my dog treat serving. Now, my dog food is served plain, no special additives. And they're giving me less treats too.

My neighbors have started to notice my weight gain problem. They've been saying that I'm chubbier now than how I was before. What makes me fat all of a sudden? Is it my love for carbs? I know too much carbohydrates could be bad for you, but I just love bread!

What should I do?

A Hot Summer Day

I wasn't able to post anything new here lately because I have been so lazy these past few months. Summer can be really hot here and all I wanted to do during those times is to lie down in front of the electric fan and sleep. I didn't move that much because it'll only make me feel warmer. Although I shed some of my fur, it was still hot!

Here's a photo of me outside.  My family decided to get ice cream and brought me along. To tell you the truth, I really thought they'd order me a sundae or something... but they didn't. They didn't even let any food near me!

They even had me wore an underwear and tied me up around the chair. I don't know how ridiculous my situation there was. But at least I'm sitting on a chair.

I remember this day very clearly. And I do not want to go back there again. I think I forgot to tell you the worst part of this trip was... Before everyone finished eating, the wind started to blow really strong. The wind just kept blowing stronger and stronger. So strong that the huge parasol covering us fell. And it almost fell on me. I almost died that day! I definitely wouldn't survive is a parasol squeesh me. Good thing Kim is fast enough to get me out of that chair before the parasol fell. She was really quick, because as you can see, I was tied up to the chair!

Next time they're getting ice cream, I'd rather stay at home.
