Johnson Baby

Bath time for me again. When the weather is cold, I take a bath in the shower where they would use hot water on me. Don't worry, the water is not too hot, it's just warm enough so that I won't catch a cold.

You guys might be wondering how I get my super soft and lustrous fur... Well, I get it from my special shampoo. I say "special" because it's not really for dogs to use. I use Johnson's No More Tangles Shampoo, it's the blue one.

Why do I prefer to use the No More Tangles one? Well, it's because it's the one made for thick fur... I mean hair. I'm just kidding, I use this shampoo because it's 2-in-1. It has conditioner in it. The conditioner helps my fur dry faster and it's also what makes it so soft.

Since I have been using this shampoo for 4 years now, I do not smell like an ordinary dog anymore. I smell like a baby! The scent of the shampoo is how I smell. My neighbors always compliment on how good I smell. I'm the dog known in my neighborhood as the cleanest dog on the block.

Recently, Kim decided to change things up and test out Johnson's Baby Shampoo with Natural Lavender. This one doesn't have any extra conditioning in it. Everyone loves the smell of lavender so they say I smell so good.

Because lavender has a natural calming effect, I feel so calm and sleepy after a bath... No... I'm joking. The calming effect doesn't work on me!

The Waiting Area

Waiting for my turn at the vet can feel like forever. Darlene always make sure that we go there early, but, there are always other people who are earlier.

It's always fun to see the other dogs, especially the small breed ones, shake in fear while waiting at the waiting area. Sadly, I am one of those cowardly dogs.

This time, I decided talk about the other dogs I see at the vet's clinic. It's fun to watch them...

Can you believe this big guy won't stop whimpering. He's crying and barking so bad that his Mommy and Daddy had to calm him down.

This guy is a tough one. I can see in his eyes (and ears) that he isn't scared at all. He's just sitting there waiting for his turn. I wonder what the vet will do to him, he looks healthy.

This poor girl is locked up inside her crate. Seems to me, she isn't feeling well. Her eyes are sad and droopy.  Let's just hope they won't ask to leave her there overnight.

I'm pretty sure this guy eats a lot of dog food, look at his size! Let's be thankful he isn't hungry or else he might eat all those food displayed behind him.

This guy is so big that he can easily pull his handler. I hope his owner is holding his leash tight, I don't want Kim to freak out when this guy gets loose.

Oops... The vet is calling my name, it's my turn now. Got to go!

Chip's Ahoy

On a recent vet appointment, they decided to implant me with a "microchip".

No worries, the injection didn't hurt that much. The microchip is said to be as tiny as a small grain of rice. It's injected into my skin. The microchip will provide the data of my vaccinations and also serve as a tracking device.

For a dog who usually spends my days indoors, it really confuses me as to why I needed a tracking device in the first place...

One question still bothers me though... Will I still be able to play hide and seek?

It's raining cuteness

A couple of days ago, it was raining. And Kim decided that it would be the perfect time to show-off my new outfit!

Kim got me a raincoat. I can tell that she had been waiting for it to rain so that I can wear the raincoat she got me.

I'm not really used to walking in the rain. I don't like getting wet. But since I'm on a leash, I had no choice but to walk around with Kim. It wasn't raining that hard, so don't worry. If I remember correctly, I think the rain has already stopped the moment I started my walk.

I think a lot of my neighbors think I look cool because they kept looking at me. It's either I look cool or silly, I'm trying to stay positive by thinking I'm cool. They see me and smile, that's a good thing right?
